Rely On Your “Why”

If you are someone who has repeatedly tried to lose weight only to give in to discouragement, motivation may be to blame for your lack of weight loss success. I know that this has definitely been the case for me.

Most of us know how it feels to genuinely desire to bring about change in ourselves or our lives. Yet, we may have experienced some degree of difficulty keeping ourselves fully engaged in and committed to the process of that change.

It can be both frustrating and disheartening to feel as though you simply can’t find the inner strength to follow through on your plans, but I’m here to tell you to never, ever give up.
